1. Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through third-party shipping partners.
We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines once handed over to the shipping partner:

  • Luzon: 1–3 business days
  • Visayas: 2–4 business days
  • Mindanao: 3–5 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, weather, and logistics conditions beyond our control.

4. Tracking Information

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A link or instructions on how to track your shipment

Tracking visibility depends on the systems of our third-party shipping partners.

5. Delays, Loss, or Damage

Since delivery is handled by independent shipping partners:

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays.
  • If an order is marked delivered but not received, the customer must coordinate with the courier.
  • For damaged packages, send us photos within 24 hours so we can assist in filing a courier claim.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
Incorrect addresses may cause delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages, which cannot be refunded until the courier returns the item to us.


💸 Refund & Return Policy

⚠️ Important Notice

Due to the nature of our products (compounded injectable peptides), all sales are final.
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items.


1. No Return Policy

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used vials
  • Reconstituted products
  • Temperature-sensitive items
  • Products damaged after successful delivery
  • Items shipped to incorrect customer-provided addresses

2. When Refunds Are Allowed

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • Your order has not yet been shipped
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived damaged due to courier mishandling (must be reported within 24 hours with photos)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Courier delays
  • Lost packages marked as “delivered”
  • Failure to follow storage or reconstitution instructions

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item:

  1. Take clear photos of:
    • The item
    • The box
    • The packaging
  2. Send them to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  3. Our support team will review and arrange a replacement if eligible.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
Once handed to the shipping partner, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
