Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners.
We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery timelines once the package is handed to the courier:
• Luzon: 1–3 business days
• Visayas: 2–4 business days
• Mindanao: 3–5 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other logistical factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
• A tracking number
• Instructions or a link to track your shipment
Tracking visibility depends on the systems provided by our shipping partners.
Shipping and delivery are handled by independent courier partners.
If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the customer must coordinate directly with the courier for investigation.
If a package arrives damaged, please send photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist with a courier claim.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Incorrect addresses may result in:
• Delivery delays
• Failed delivery attempts
• Returned packages
Orders cannot be refunded until the courier confirms the package has been returned to us.

Due to the nature of temperature-sensitive and specialty wellness products, all sales are generally final.
For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items.
Returns cannot be accepted for:
• Opened or used products
• Reconstituted products
• Temperature-sensitive items
• Products damaged after successful delivery
• Items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
• The order has not yet been shipped
• The wrong product was received
• The product arrived damaged due to courier handling (reported within 24 hours with photo evidence)
Refunds cannot be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Courier delivery delays
• Packages marked as delivered by the courier
• Failure to follow proper storage instructions
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Please take clear photos of:
• The product
• The shipping box
• The packaging
Send the photos to our support team within 24 hours of delivery for review.
If eligible, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
